If Windows Explorer ignores deleting, moving and copying of files and persistently displays unchanged information, you can make change in the Registry. For this, launch the Registry Editor by clicking on "Start" and then typing "regedit.exe" in "Search programs and files". In the search results view, right-click on the entry "regedit.exe" and then click "Run as Administrator".
Now navigate to the"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" in the index tree and create a new key called "Explorer". Open this and then create a new entry "NoSimpleNetIDList" using "Edit | New | DWORD (32-Bit) Value" and double-click to open it. In the next dialogue , set the "Value" as "1" and confirm "OK"/ Close the Registry editor with "File | Exit".
